Effective date: September 21, 2026. Last Refuge (“we,” “us,” and “our”) operates lastrefuge.ai and publishes Omarchy Calendar. This policy explains how information is handled by this website and by Omarchy Calendar.
Website data
This website does not use advertising trackers, marketing pixels, accounts, newsletters, contact forms, or nonessential cookies. Our hosting provider may process limited server logs, including IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and browser information, to operate and secure the service. We do not use those logs to build advertising profiles.
Omarchy Calendar and Google data
When you choose to connect a Google account, Omarchy Calendar requests only the Google Calendar permissions required for the calendar features you choose to use. Google Calendar data is used only to display and manage calendar information within the app. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow it to be used for advertising purposes.
Google user data is not transferred to a Last Refuge-hosted backend. Authentication credentials and calendar data are handled on your device, subject to the app’s implementation and the permissions you grant. Any transfer to Google occurs only to provide the user-facing calendar functionality you initiate.
Omarchy Calendar’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share Google user data with third parties except where necessary to provide a feature you explicitly request, comply with law, protect rights or security, or as part of a business transfer. Data retained locally by the app remains until you remove it, disconnect the account, or uninstall/reset the app according to its in-product controls.
Your choices
You can decline a connection, revoke app access in your Google Account, and remove locally stored app data using the app’s available controls. Questions or privacy requests may be sent through our Contact page.
Changes
We will post material policy changes here and update the effective date. This policy does not limit rights you may have under applicable law.
